Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL. Every edition is produced to order, so please allow approximately 3 weeks for production before shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
- European Union (excluding Switzerland and the United Kingdom): Free shipping
- United Kingdom and Switzerland: €100 (framed edition) / €50 (unframed edition)
- Rest of the world (including United States, Canada, and Asia-Pacific): €100 (framed edition) / €50 (unframed edition)
All applicable taxes and customs duties are included in the price shown at checkout. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay, with no surprises on delivery.
14-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your edition. If it's not quite right, you have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. No explanation needed, and return shipping is on us.
How it works:
- Email us at contact@litomasters.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the piece concerned. You can request either a full refund or an exchange for another edition.
- We'll confirm your return and provide instructions for sending the piece back to us at: Aloys GmbH, LITO Masters, Bobletten 36, 6850 Dornbirn, Austria.
- Once we receive the piece in its original packaging and condition, we'll refund your full payment, including your original shipping cost, within 14 days. Return shipping costs are covered by us. If you've chosen an exchange instead, we'll ship your new edition as soon as we receive the returned piece.
